Such a disappointment
Brought these, laid them but the colour varies, for us it was different shades of gray. Alright if you want a patchwork flooring but not if you don’t.

Cheap and cheerful but does the job.
I bought these tiles so that I could use my fitness kit in the garage more comfortably. I put a liner underneath on top of the level concrete floor and they do exactly what I wanted. They are thin so I wouldn't expect them to apply well on uneven floors.

Very time consuming
Very time consuming. Took roughly 15 hours to carpet a landing using these. Each tile had to be cut to size to match the angle of the wall and the 3 surrounding tiles, and the shape of any nearby door frames. I had to apply my own adhesive too. I should have bought a roll of carpet instead and saved myself 10 hours.

An autistic dream
Having an autistic child I get sick of having to replace flooring. This is easy to put down, and easy to take up and replace.

Excellent value
Minimizing wasteage, time, inconvenience and cost. No need to vacate the room prior to carpeting. Hard-wearing carpet tiles providing it glue down or use double size tape. Recommended for study room that I've put down.

Poor
Bought these as a repacement for worn-out tiles in my home office. Previously I bought from B&Qs more expensive range, they lasted a good 10 years but they were not available in the colour I wanted, so bought these thin cheap ones. Went down easy enough, but be aware being thin they are unforgiving when you cut in around door frames etc, so higher skill level is required. Still this was all ok, 30+ year experience of taking up false floors in offices makes you something of an expert at fitting these. However, despite packing each tile firmly against the last, and considering that carpet only spreads as it ages, I was somewhat surprised to say the least when I found that after only about 3 months these were shrinking! I assumed it was just poor workmanship on my part until I noticed this appearing in other places. If I had my receipt I would be looking for a refund. To my mind, if you want your floor covered you don't want gaps appearing, so I cannot recommend at all and would say do not buy.

Perfect for the garage
We wanted something to cover the garage floor having painted it light grey (but the paint kept wearing off) and these were perfect. Very easy to clean and move around to keep the wear even as they are not fixed. It keeps the garage warmer too and free from dust. We’ve also mixed the grey ones with dark blue to match the cars!
