Bought 45 sq meter struggled from the start to install with lots of pieces breaking easily. Once fitted any slight movement resulted in boards splitting and lifting. Very week, poor construction and chips very easily. Ended up lifting after 1 week salvaging just enough (20 sq ) to lay in a spare bedroom which will have very little use
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

We bought this flooring last year. We had a very experienced carpenter it this. He has also installed all our other floors, including the last one we had in the same rooms. Very disappointed with the product. It creaks badly. The joints are broken in many places. B&Q sent out a floor inspector to check. They reported it was due to un even floors! Utter rubbish because we’ve had similar in the same place for many years and that was perfect. Such a shame because the look is lovely.

I was a bit worried at first when reading other reviews but its quite clear either they were not installed correctly or had lack of experience in the laminate laying industry.
I have laid these in 2 homes belonging to the same person and after 3 months customer has said he has had no problems with them and the quality itself regarding the graining makes it look premium and versatile.
I would say extra time is required to lay these as the grooves are the new industry led click clack system so don't rush when fitting them in and pay extra care with each board to ensure you don't damage such a premium board. Do not use adhesive under these as it will damage your flooring and the laminate when it comes to lifting it back up in future if you decide to replace.
Both homes have underfloor heating system (Warmup brand) as advised by B&Q which is a silver grade for heating systems. Prowarm is gold standard and more expensive but it depends on your budget. personally i would go for prowarm as it has lifetime warranty. The boards heat up in matter of minutes when turned on so its the ideal board for those who want to modernise there home and ensure efficient heat is being provided floor up.
Don’t buy this

Had mine down 2 weeks and the quality is horrendous! There is no lock mechanism on the top ends and it’s cracks apart when walking on it. So disappointed with this flooring
Would give it less stars if possible

Had this down just over a month and now it has at least 5 chips in. This is despite anything being dropped on it or heavy useage. Very disappointed and too late to lift back up. Do not buy!
