Product Information

This emulsion paint is suitable for ceilings, metal, walls & wood and covers up to 8.8m² per litre on average.

    Features and Benefits

At B&Q we want you to be satisfied with your colour selection. Not all monitors will display colours the same and paint tins may not show the same colour as your walls do in natural light. We therefore recommend you order a tester pot online or pop in store to pick one up so you are sure that this is the right colour for you.

    • Our toughest most versatile paint
    • Great coverage in just one coat, saving you time and money
    • We recommend using a one coat roller for optimal application
    • For best results follow the instructions on the tin carefully, a second coat may be required if overpainting a darker colour with a lighter top coat
    • Scrubbable for removing marks and dirt

    Health and Safety

Personally i dislike bright white paint so chose white petal as a toned down white that wasnt cream. A totally great product that covers beautifully on all surfaces. Now!! White Petal {matt} is a very pretty silver, white, grey. I used it above my picture rail and across the ceiling. Loved it so much AND its subtlety that its now my "go to" white paint. Where you would use white try this instead. Try the tester first to double check and change your mind on white paint forever. Absolutely not dull or drab just pleasantly different.

    Use test pot first

Nothing white about this colour.... this is a true light grey and but still looks good with white paintwork. Much darker than i thought it would be although it does dry quite a bit lighter than in application so be patient. I found two light coats with a roller covers anything and gives a good finish

Nice colour however the paint is dreadful to use. This is one of many different paints we have brought to decorate our new home Andy I'm not sure if it's all B&Q own paints or just this colour but getting it on the wall is a nightmare. It doesn't spread well, you are more pushing it across the wall than rollering or brushing it on. The finish is patchy meaning more coats and you use twice as much as you would with any other paint making to an expensive job.

    Great Paint!

I bought this to do my kitchen with, I would say it's more very light grey than any kind of white but it is really nice. It's scrubable! Which is key when you have little sticky fingers in the house.
I even painted an old pine mirror with it and it turned out great!
