Bought 16 packs of this and need to return 5 packs that are seriously warped and cupped out of the box. Not happy about this and hope that B and Q are good with the return. I believe that the warping is due to a manufacturing issue. The warped boards do not have the same cross ply construction of the straight boards.
Great look but...

Bought 55 packs. Couple of the boards were a a few mm wider / narrower than most of the other boards and set these aside for the starter/ end row that are getting cut so no big issue. Couple of longer boards were warped so set these aside and B&Q exchanged. Boards are easy to lay/ cut. Nice broad boards so job took no time at all. Couple of the boards have brown filler on top surface and I tried to work these in at door jab/ room corners to try and loose these imperfections. We floored 5 rooms / hall with these boards and finished product looks great down. Not too much shrinkage/ expansion. Some boards are lighter / darker but that did not bother us, its a natural material and the variation makes it look more natural, (you get lots of different trees/ colours in forrest). At full price boards are expensive compared to others on the market so we bought when they were on sale at end of 2016. Guaranteed for 30 years which is assuring too. Would highly recommend. As an aside we used the silentwalk underlay which is also good, (but expensive). Hope this helps.
Looked lovely, but completely unusable

I bought 14 packs of this flooring earlier this month to lay down in my living room after I had finished decorating it. I brought the packs into the room a couple of days before laying the floor, as advised, and put down the fibreboard underlay. I opened the first few packs and was please with what I saw; I really liked the colour and finish of the boards, and it seemed like there was a sensible variety of different length pieces. However, once I started to lay the first row (the locking mechanism is very simple, by the way), I noticed that the ends of the pieces were not lining up vertically. I took several of the boards and put them on my glass table (which is perfectly flat), and they were all so bowed that they rocked from corner to corner. I opened up the first three packs, and from those 27 pieces, there were only two that were flat.
To be fair to B&Q, when I took the packs back to the store they gave a full refund on the flooring and all associated purchases (fibreboard, felt for furniture, spacing blocks etc) with no questions asked. They did not seem particularly surprised to hear that I had encountered problems with the quality of the product. I cannot fault B&Q for their reaction to this, but I was extremely disappointed by the appalling quality of the product.
