Matt not matt at all
TonyJT - 3 months ago
Bought a batch of silk to cover some feature walls and din't really like the sheen.
Seeing as this stuff is so watery second and third coats were deemed necessary.
This time I opted for the same colour but in MATT.
I had to double check the label on the can as this had an almost identical sheen as the silk. It's not matt at all.
Pay a bit more and buy Dulux, and the like.
Good colour match to card.

Applied two coats to white walls, and coverage is not very good.

Very poor coverage, chalky and streaky. Using over magnolia emulsion but on third coat already. I won't be using Colours paint again.
Dont do it

Go for premium brands as this is bubblign and fizzing off the walls. we even tried to PVA over it and that fizzed off, but the paint underneath didnt react. It reacts to water, PVA, filler even bubbles - No idea why, having to cut it out of the walls to get anywhere so we can re-decorate. It cracks so easily. Complaint logged
please please dont!

Bought on 2 for £20 deal but would need 10ltrs to do a box room with colour coverage. Small bedroom being fair was possibly one shade darker even so 3 coats later and still not covered, day wasted! Back to b&q manager reluctantly refunded at 355 on a Sunday purchased dulux 2 for 24 Egyptian cotton and covered in one, did do 2 coats for piece of mind, 12 hours wasted on using this product never again dulux all the way. Should bill b&q for my labour time wasted.
