Colours Washable & Scrubbable White Silk Emulsion paint 5L
This emulsion paint is suitable for and covers 10m² per litre on average.
- Apply thin coats using a brush, roller or paint pad. Ensure all surfaces are completely clean & dry. Repair damaged or cracked walls with a filler. Remove loose or flaking paint & wash to remove dirt & grease. Glossy surfaces should be lightly sanded. Gently stir the paint if the surface liquid is visible. Apply the paint at an ambient temperature between 10°C to 30°C. Application at a lower temperature will impact paint performance & at a higher temperature will impact the drying time & finish. If the paint is drying too quickly dilute with a little clean water. More than one coat may be required. Full opacity will be achieved when the paint is completely dry
Features and Benefits
At B&Q we want you to be satisfied with your colour selection. Not all monitors will display colours the same and paint tins may not show the same colour as your walls do in natural light. We therefore recommend you order a tester pot online or pop in store to pick one up so you are sure that this is the right colour for you.
- This washable paint provides a high coverage & durable finish, making it ideal for use in hallways, children's rooms & other crowded areas
- Ensure good ventilation during application & drying. Special care must be taken during sanding or stripping the surfaces, which may be painted in past with lead-containing paints. Protect from frost
- It is recommended for all types of rooms

I have been decorating for more years than I care to remember so when I opened to tub and gave it a stir I thought it looked a good product but that was where it stopped. After cutting in, I used a roller and as soon as I painted over the cut in area the paint started to lift off. Although concerned, I continued with the roller on the rest of the wall but every time I painted over an area that I had just used the roller on I had the same problem of the paint lifting off. This paint is going back for a refund I am afraid.

This paint covers a multitude of sins. From walls to wood..... to rusty metal around my shop shutter..... job done!
Better than more expensive brand names by miles.
Took 3 coats!

Used this paint to paint ceiling and walls of a bedroom. Considering I was painting over cream walls I was really surprised how streaky it looked after 1 coat. Did a second coat but still looked patchy and thin. Only after the third coat did it start to look even. I deliberately left 24 hours between painting each coat yet the walls still seemed slightly tacky. It does have a nice satin finish, though I think I would choose Matt in future. I'm yet to see if it is washable - to be honest I'm sceptical.
