Good design and quality tap
Bought this kitchen sink tap as I had similar one before but water pressure from tap was not great. This one improved my water pressure and got second tap with shower head to clean around with spray water. It’s flexible, easy to fit and looks brilliant. 1 star less due to shower function not have hands free operation. That would make this perfect.

Quality zero
The quality of the product is zero and I haven't been able to use it for several months and I have to pay the plumber's fee again and no one is responsible for the warranty, neither B&Q nor the seller.
