Looks nice, plug is not practical
CatherineM - 4 months ago
I bought this bath (pre kids) and it looks really nice. Unfortunately the plug is a push plug in the middle and not very practical, especially with a toddler.
Is there a replacement I can buy that doesn’t let the water out when sat on? Or is there any gadgets to stop this from happening?
fixings and instuctions

Bought this bath just before Xmas, great service, excelant transport information and was kept up to date as delivery progressed. Bath arrives no problems and in perfect condition. No installment data though, built a platform to seat the bath and layed floor tiles underneath leaving room for waste pipe. Waste management is included but there is no way i would risk using the provided flex pipe (paper thin would be too kind-a description) Now my concern is how does it remain stable, i have concerns with it moving when full, sliding off the platform and being upstairs would result in a complete disaster, bearing in mind it holds a very large amount of water. Ive looked at various forums to help but most ive read all seem to have different opinions on solving the matter. To date i have ran some silicon all the way round and on visiting a plastics factory bought some plastic strips that i will secure with more silicon. Lovely bath yes but make sure you work out how you want to fix it down, ive yet to take a plunge, wish me luck.
