Comfortable seat
Nice flush shape so easy to clean inside and outside. Comfortable seat, nice height, unfortunately my one was damaged on arrival but replacement has been received quite quickly. Definitely like the neat clean lines and overall appearance.

Waste of Money
The toilet is fine but the seat is absolutely terrible. Doesn’t last and it’s £60! Better buying something else. Lucky if the seat lasts 2 years.

Easy to clean design, smooth lines
My favourite thing about this toilet is how it doesn't have areas on the outside that gather dust, it's so easy to clean! It also looks smart as a result of this too. My husband and I have a habit of sitting on top of closed toilet seats, so we broke the seat very quickly and replaced it with something harder-wearing, but with the toilet itself, we're very happy.

Compact nice shaped toilet
Have this is downstairs loo with built in unit. Looks good, small footprint on the floor. Easy to keep clean with smooth sides on outside. Has lasted a year so far with no issues.

Looks good but broken after 2 years
This looks great but even in a 1 person who goes out to work every day household the button for the flush mechanism is broken and wont push in. It may have a 10 year manufacturers warranty but trying to get anything resolved with B&Q is a nightmare

Good quality but poor instructions
We have just installed this product. Comes complete with cistern. But instructions for fitting the pan are very poor. Otherwise very happy. Seems solid and looks nice.

It cracked in 8 months
I brought this item last summer fitted on late August it cracked in 8 motif use

I really like the toilet but ..
The soft close lid stopped working after 10 months Even with adjusting it I can get the toilet seat to soft close but not the lid. I went into B & Q and the “bathroom specialist “ said he didn’t know how to fix it. A customer tried to show me on one of the display bathrooms but it still didn’t work. Why no instructions anywhere ? Really fed up now and so are my neighbours in the night when I forget the soft close doesn’t work

Not even 2 years old and is cracked
I bought this product as part of a full bathroom and kitchen. I havent even finished paying of the finance and the pan is cracked and leaking pretty bad. Will be going somewhere else to buy a replacement.
