Shower Head and Riser kit - RUBBISH

Just fitted this and followed the instructions fully. The problem is the riser rail moves side ways when the water is on and drops because of the weight of the shower head. Got to decide now whether to remove and return, ;eaving holes in thewall and looking for something else to replace or try to glue the riser rail into place to stop it dropping.
Just cannot believe that B&Q thought that this was an effective design....

This product is awful - I believe that most stores have withdrawn it from sale now, but in case you find on that hasn't just don't but it. It looks great, but the riser rail is too heavy for the clamps - it just slips down through them until it can't go any further.

Bought and fitted shower this week. Just what is wanted. Only problem is instruction manual is very poor. Just pictures and no real info. Still trying to work out how to fix soapdish and stop riser from slipping down.
