Broken plastic parts after 1 week

Fitted professionally & looks great however, after a week 2 end pieces holding the rubber seal in, fell out & kept falling out. Then a few weeks later a further but holding the seal in has sheered off. Can I get spare parts ? No!
Big gaps around the hinges - leaks on the floor
Toshe - 4 months ago
I cannot believe this product is released and sold by a brand like B&Q. This product must be immediately stopped from selling. Yes, not an easy job to fit but this is not the biggest problem.
This shower screen defies it's only purpose to keep the water on just one side. Big gaps around the hinges means that water goes without any problem on the other side. There are 4 hinges.
I replaced similar bath screen as the glass shattered(on its own) with this one. Never had a leak before.
Hinges leak like hell

Thought thus shower screen was great till we had flooring changed and found the floir soaking underneath. When investigated there was water pouring through the hinge. Do not buy unless you have a proper wet room.
Might as well used a sieve
awardy - 10 months ago
As per the title. I truly might as well have used a sieve. All relevant areas were sealed and these do not leak.
However, if water hits the hinges, it pours through almost unhindered. For us, this product is utterly unusable. There are no adjustments we can make to rectify this problem, so it's going back.

This shower screen has leaked really bad from day one and if you look on you tube someone as put a clip showing the problem , ive had to remove it and fit a different one .
