Seem very good for price
These do not snap if you put them onto the pole BEFORE you fit the pole in situ. Another reviewer said they snap but don't think they were made to be added once pole in place.

Do not buy
I would rate it zero if I could. The rings snap when you go to clip them on to the pole. Better off paying extra for something actually fit for purpose.
