bought this 3 months ago, didn't review until it had been tested. Great tap, ease to install, pulls out easy, easy to switch between shower flow and single flow. Shower head quite fierce so needs lower opening force. Hose glides in and out nicely
Id recommend for the cost

Useless as a pull out tap

Bought this tap to replace an old pull out tap that I have had for about 7 years and that worked fine until I changed my water system to direct feed, i.e. higher water pressure. Basically the tap does not work in the sense that it is impossible to pull it out unless you use a lot of force and risk pulling the tap head off the pipe itself. In other words, if you require a tap with a pull out function, stay away from this one.
