Good quality, solid heavy doors which look great! Going to get more of the same to replace the rest in the house
Look good but difficult to work with

Door are solid and look good when finished.
They are oak veneer with internal chip, so be careful not to take more than 5mm off otherwise your down to the chip. If you need to adjust height I'd just take off from the bottom. If you're luck you'll not have to make any adjustments because the veneer chips off and leaves a poor finish. Also really heavy to work with.

Thanks to B&Q for changing their processes and finally highlighting that this height of door is never stocked in store or available for pick-up. They only stock 1980 high doors (of any kind) in stores. Also there is a 4 day delivery period. It is exactly 4 days and is not negotiable (to say:- 3 or 5). So planning is required!
The door its self is well finished, only a light rubdown before varnishing. It takes a stain well.
Very importantly, it is a chipboard door with an oak veneer. Its only 1 or 2mm on the faces and 6mm at the top and bottom. I needed to remove a lot because of a thick carpet so I was down to the chip. That's OK cosmeticly because you never look at the top or bottom faces, but you need to take special care that you don't chip or split the wood at the ends because it WILL be weaker. There are ways of doing it, so take care, and study youtube. Also when mounting the furniture. The holes and screws are only going into chipboard. None of that is a problem provided that you use adequate screws and the right tools.
All in all it looks great, just factor in your time.
