Bought a 9 litre tub of this shade of Cuprinol. It was very easy to apply with a brush. I applied 2 coats to make sure I hadn’t missed any parts on my fence. I would definitely recommend this shade of Cuprinol end result is a dark chocolate colour.

Our garden gate was looking a bit tired and in dire need of refreshing so thought Cuprinol Ducksback Forest Oak would be ideal. Five litres was more than adequate for what I needed. I did two coats as the first was soaked up quite a bit by the gate. The second coat gave the gate a really rich and even, chocolate brown colour. We are really please with the result. Clean up of the brushes was easy afterwards just under running water.

Love Cuprinol paints, used both ducksback fence paint and the ‘shades’ shed & garden furniture paint.
Tried all the others out their but find them to be far inferior even those we’ve all heard of. Won’t buy anything else now.
