Was looking for a brown that wasn’t too red! Love this colour and was easy to apply!

I am toying between Forest Oak and Harvest Brown. I'd like a rich dark(ash) brown colour, but not close to black. Would anyone kindly be able to upload any images of your painted fences in these colours please? Particularly Forest Oak. I'd like to see how the colour turns out in reality. Thanks

I painted my shed with this in 2010. It still looks great, just a few marks around the window where the paint has worn but the main T&G panels still look perfect ten years on. The fence behind was painted with cheaper 'One Coat' stuff - this started to wear after 2 years. It's definately worth the extra for this 'Ducksback' paint.

I followed all the instructions regarding pre-treatment, and I applied two coats during a sunny spell with three days of difference. After the first shower one week later it looked like the paint disappeared at some places. I touched the surface when it was wet and it looked like the paint had dissolved, I could remove it with my fingers.

Very easy to apply, the wax in the product helping to waterproof the surface. I applied 2 coats on new wood and have been delighted with the results! Love the colour that gives a good contrast against plants in the garden.
