Great paint but wow you need a lot

We bought this paint to match our light grey flags and it’s such a good colour, we’re really impressed with it. However, you need a lot of it. It says on the tin that it will cover 10 panels 6ft by 5ft, however, it actually does 2 panels (2coats, 6ft by 4ft) per tin. We’ve ended up spending way more than expected painting our 10 panels.
Great colour but needs 3 coats

This is a great colour fence paint but is far from one coat. We have a rather large garden and we had to paint the fence 3 times in some places. Disappointed at the misleading advertising but I do admit that the colour is great. I really hope it lasts !!

Wasn’t sure if to get this as mixed reviews but so glad I did after purchasing Johnstone’s that took me 8 coats to cover oak coloured decking I decided to opt for another brand. I revamped 2 patio chairs 2 tables and some decking so far..
I found that if the wood you are painting as only ever had normal fence paint or creosote on it will go on like a dream and max 2 coats required but if it as had any wax , varnish or these new fancy shed colour paints that
are able to be used on bricks and terracotta aswell as sheds etc then this will not cover aswell but it will Cover but will take more coats around 4 . I did this on one item and it resemble emulsion trying to go on over gloss paint or varnish. It’s covered but took more work and time. Overall impressed will be buying more fir the fence panels.
