2 Year review, Have treated the log cabin to a wash anticipating I`d have to freshen it with another coat of paint, no need still looks lovely and fresh,
    Preparation as always is key.

    Better than the reviews...

After reading all of the reviews I was unsure about using White Daisy but it fit the requirements of my project so I went for it. I followed the instructions carefully, chose a week when the weather forecast was dry and the photo speaks for itself. I found the paint was easy to apply with a brush although good masking and a drip tray are a must otherwise the thin paint goes everywhere. The can says minimum 2 coats - it needs at least 3, 4 if possible. I applied 2 coats of Silver Birch on the inside walls and 3 on the outside, 3 was so much better. White doesn't cover as well as the darker shades so I used 4 coats on the outside and I'm delighted with the results.
This paint is ideal for sheds, summerhouses, planters, etc. I wouldn't attempt a fence with it, it would need far too much paint and drying time for good coverage. I used Cuprinol Ducks Back for my fence and it was perfect, even with a rain shower the same night.

SO EXPENSIVE AND DOEDNT DO WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN

Lots of complaints saying it turned yellow. Just like any water based wood treatment you got to stir it well before use.
Been using Cuprinol for years with no issues and the thinner consistency is perfect for running through a sprayer.
    3-4 light coats is perfect.
