So Much Wastage!

Like others have said, the rolls are 4 tiles wide, but it’s three whole ones sandwiched between approx two halves, but not uniform and won’t line up with another roll! It looks great now it’s been done, but about half the roll isn’t useable because of it. It’s easy enough though the cut along the ‘grout’ lines, and disguise joins.

Bought this to cover current tiles and not one strip matched each other, most different sizes and had to try cut the film into strips. Ended up not sticking very well and curled straight back off, wouldn’t recommend at all!

Good if you’re cutting out each square

As per other reviews it is frustrating that you only get 3 full squares of pattern on the length of the roll as the top and bottom are cut short meaning lots of wastage, I used just under one roll for this area. Wasn’t a big problem for me as I was cutting each square out individually to stick on anyway due to the size of my tiles. Nice design and thick material making it easy to stick on smoothly. Time consuming but happy with the end result.

My new cooker hood sat in my kitchen for nearly two years and the fear of dread was with me each Tim I saw it. The project involved changing a 1 gang to a two gang adaptor plug, framework build, mdf attachment and cut out, the hood install and the backing (learned of DC Fix recently). It was so easy to and pleasing to achieve the final finish with makes the space look and feel amazing. 2m for a tenner and zero labour costs. It stuck trait onto the MDF sheet easily and securely. Next project worktops. Thanks to Bandq and DC Fix product I now have a happy wife/boss... So what's not to like :)
