Easy-to-use Decorative Trunking

I bought the trunking and its jointing accessories to hide some 6mm cabling for a new electric oven.
I knew it was going to be tricky job because the trunking is designed for thinner 2.5mm cable but, with patience and a lot of cable-flexing, I managed some 90˚ bends which were finished with the 90˚corner trunking.
The trunking has very strong self-adhesive properties, so it was essential to plan the route well before removing the protective backing. Generally, no other fixing is required.
Once the cable is arranged, the hinged capping snaps shut satisfyingly to conceal it but could be opened again if needed.
I found the corner pieces fiddly but then, I was encapsulating a thicker cable.
The ivory colour toned in well with my kitchen decor but could be painted if preferred. On one run, the half-round profile made a 'double capping' on top of some white skirting board. It looks entirely deliberate and got my wife's seal of approval!
It is more decorative than standard square trunking and I will definitely use it again.
One small complaint; the mixed accessory packs have only 1 or 2 corner pieces, so I had to buy several for my project and the remaining pieces became obsolete.
At £4.99 per pack, it made the corners quite expensive.

Works well, would add a few screws in to keep secure. but very user friendly and keeps toddlers fingers away from the wires
