Water your hanging baskets safely from ground level. Suitable for 10", 12" and 14" baskets. No need to climb steps or ladders with a heavy watering can. Lower baskets by 80cm to allow for easy watering and dead heading. Attach your hanging basket to the Hi Lo hook then place you hands under the basket to raise it into position. Lower slightly and slowly to engage the locking mechanism. To lower, hold the basket and ease upwards quickly to release locking mechanism then lower to required position, slowing down to lock into place.
