No problem if you use it correctly

I bought this product with my coving - first time doing this job so watched the videos and apart from the first 2m length, everything went smoothly. One video recommended putting 3 or 4 small tacks just under the coving to hold it in place until the adhesive was dry. Great tip - just pull them out afterwards. The adhesive does grab well but I think I didn't use enough on my first 2m length. I'm really happy with the result.
Just the Job...again!

Still folk write on here that this product is no good, just completed my daughters kitchen taking almost 20 metres of coving with 4 lengths over 2.4 metres. All put up by myself with no problem at all....can not understand why people are having issues!
Better than the pot suff

Originally used what you purchased in the pot and then came across this in the tube and this is so much easier with a silicon gun to use, I am now about to start my fourth room with it. You don’t need plaster the stuff on just a zig zag down the edges and then once up you can put a thin bead along the edges.
Very poor product.

I don't know how Diall have the nerve to call this product an adhesive especially so since in their own words it has 'good initial grab'. It has no grab at all; in fact I would say that watery Polyfilla or water alone has more grab! Coving needs to be pinned in place overnight to stop it just falling down. I shall be looking for a superior product and one that 'does what it says on the tin'.

I don't know how Diall have the nerve to call this an adhesive with in their words 'good initial grab'. In my experience it has zero grab. A watery mix of Polyfilla or even just water alone, would grab better. I will seriously look out for an alternative before coving another room
