Good looking product with great display. Unfortunately it makes too much noise
Lovely looking stove

Lovely looking stove when the fire is switched on with just the coals without the fan, doesn't stay switched on for long as it drowns out the TV
Looks like the real thing!

Stunning log burner imitation, just bought as a nice effect won't be using the fan heater & I must say it looks amazing!!!
One Hour of use....

Bought this to replace existing Electric fire that had stopped working.
Had not planned to spend as much but saw this and thought it was excellent value. Switched on last night and was very impressed with the product and it looked great.
Just gone to switch on today and power to unit is there (as red LED comes on top right to show this) but unit not lighting up nor heater working!! Didn't even last more than 30 minutes use before stopping working. Changed battery in remote (although shouldn't have to) and still not working.
Now need to waste my last day off over Xmas taking it back.
See how we get on with replacement later.... Will get same model as reviews seem to show we are just very unlucky... Guess we'll find out!
Lovely fire, terrible noise

I bought this fire after lots of research and many trips to B&Q, and that might be why I feel the disappointment so much. I can't take the noise any more!! I had to increased my TV volume by 50% to hear it (if someone talks quietly - you'll need subtitles), and I can even hear it over the kettle boiling! I will admit to being a bit sensitive to noise, but I'd rather put a few fleeces on than turn this fire on. And whilst it is nice and warm, I sometimes have to back it up with electric radiators and we haven't even had the coldest part of winter yet. So, you guessed it, I'm taking it back.
