Features and Benefits

At B&Q we want you to be satisfied with your colour selection. Not all monitors will display colours the same and paint tins may not show the same colour as your walls do in natural light. We therefore recommend you order a tester pot online or pop in store to pick one up so you are sure that this is the right colour for you.

  • Unique stain repellent technology to repel liquid spills
  • Allows you to remove stubborn marks without damaging the paint
  • Easy to wash away stains
  • Colour will not fade

A very good paint for diy application. Washable and long lasting. Covers well, although not quite as well as the Dulux trade paint that I rate as 5*.

I bought this paint. I needed something wipeable with owning a dog. It's more an off white which is great. I needed something light on the walls.

lovely off white / light grey

I absolutely love Dulux White Mist. It's a very light grey, with no noticeable hints of any other colour. I have been using regular Dulux White Mist Matt emulsion throughout the house, and was gutted to discover they don't do it in the Kitchen range, so I decided to try the Easycare version instead.

It's a very nice paint to work with, being not quite so thin as the ordinary emulsion. It rollers on very nicely, and has enough drying time to get a nice finish with no streaks or patches. You still need two coats, which I managed after about 3 hours of drying time for the first.

The biggest bonus of Easycare is that it's washable. Water splashes don't soak into the paint as with the regular matt, and you can wipe it down with a cloth and see no difference in colour (the regular matt goes darker when it's wet, and stays darker until it dries out).

I will definitely be using Easycare from now on, in all rooms of the house, not just those where the walls are prone to getting splashed.
