Hint of Grey/Blue
YoE - 7 months ago
I used this to cover over a peach wall, which I probably should have used a white paint first. However, this paint was quite thin to apply so I ended using 3 complete paint pots and 4 coats to cover 3 walls.
Despite that, I loved the end result, maybe because the wallpaper I choose really made the room come to life. I was not expecting the hint of blue at all, the paint reminds me of the London sky in winter. The picture I've attached does not really capture the blue tinge but it is there.
If you want to use this paint just make sure you paint the room you choose with white first so you get the best result, without having to return to the shop to get a 3rd pot of paint like I did.
Perfect 'hint of grey'

Did a watered down white base to cover a cream colour then the next day did two coats using this colour and it came out perfectly, definitely a hint of grey and as stated can also look like an off white in some lights but it has really provided lots of light to out living room.
Whiter than White

Bought this expecting it to be white with a hint of grey but it’s actually whiter than my brilliant white ceiling. Very disappointed as now got to repaint. Furthermore, it splatters a lot when using a roller - be warned.
Subtle shade of grey

This is a subtle shade of light grey when contrasted with white ceilings, just the shade we were looking for. It takes 2 coats (as stated on the tin) to cover magnolia, but dries very quickly so they can be done the same day. It's sometimes difficult to see where you've been with the 2nd coat but I used a laser level beam on the wall to give me a line to feather in to. Easy to apply with a 4" roller and washes out in water.
Lovely colour and coverage

This looks a very pale grey in some lights or off white in others but both are nice colours. Went on nicely, only needed two coats but we were only painting over magnolia. Have since done another room with it as we had so much left over!
