Features and Benefits

Dulux Matt is a smooth and creamy emulsion paint for use on walls and ceilings which is ideal for a modern, flat finish. At B&Q we want you to be satisfied with your colour selection. Not all monitors will display colours the same and paint tins may not show the same colour as your walls do in natural light. We therefore recommend you order a tester pot online or pop in store to pick one up so you are sure that this is the right colour for you.

  • Control air pollutants by choosing products with lower solvent levels

Not the 1st dissatisfied - 11 months ago

I chose the colour from the chart on the booklet. When I got home I opened the paint and immediately saw that the paint was 2 shades lighter than it showed on the card which wasn't going to be suitable. I replaced the lid and the following morning returned to the store expecting to be able to exchange it for another colour. I was asked if I'd opened the tin and replied honestly that I had (how else did I know the colour was different to that shown on the dulux card?!). I was told that because I'd opened it, I couldn't return it. I asked to see the manager and only angry words were exchanged and not the paint. Despite having spent a substantial amount in B&Q since moving house to Bridgend, I will never buy anything there again. I intended reporting the unfortunate episode to head office but I have been preoccupied with family matters.
