Product information
Dulux Trade Diamond Satinwood is a tough & durable satin finish paint, which provides excellent protection from stains, scratches and grease. The water-based formulation makes it suitable for use in high traffic areas, such as corridors, stairways and access areas with the added benefit of being quick drying and low odour.
- Suitable for use on Metal & wood surfaces
- Surface Preparation - Ensure surface is sound, dry, clean & free from grease.
- Instructions for Use - Apply using either a brush or roller. For best results, use good quality synthetic (nylon polyester) brush or short pile synthetic or mohair roller designed for the application of water-based paints. Stir thoroughly before use. The normal process is 2 full coats of Dulux Trade Diamond Satinwood. Where a strong colour change is involved then a coat of Dulux Trade Quick Dry Undercoat may be required.

One of the best white paints I've used
A perennial favourite - I love this paint, crisp bright striking finish, durable, goes on well, one of the toughest scratch and stain resistant paints I've used - paints have come on along way from their oil-based forebears

Overal a great product
I bought this wood paint as I wanted something that would hopefully last. It did need 3 coats to make the skirting boards pop to a brilliant white as opposed to a transparent white however I was covering fresh natural coloured wood and even with primer on it was still very 'woody' in colour when I came to applying the diamond trade paint. Its drying time is fab, and it looks great when finished and has a nice sheen to it, so far so good on being chip free too.

Not easy to apply.
This paint hasn’t been easy to apply, Finished result looks very patchy. Wouldn’t purchase again I ll stick to the Dulux Once paint in future.

Dulux Trade Diamond Satinwood
Do not like this water based paint. The oil based one is much better at applying and sticking to the base coat.
