- Surface Preparation - To get the best results with Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt, make sure surfaces to be painted are sound, clean and dry (new surfaces particularly must be fully dry). See Dulux Trade Datasheet 411 for full information before use, available free on request by telephoning 0333 222 70 70 or visiting duluxtrade.co.uk. Before surface preparation, read the Health & Safety information about old lead paints
- Instructions for Use - Apply using a brush, roller or spray. STIR THOROUGHLY BEFORE USE. Seal new or bare surfaces with a thinned first coat of Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt (up to 1 part clean water to 5 parts paint). The normal finishing process is 2 full coats of Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt but on previously painted surfaces in good condition where similar colours are used, 1 coat may be sufficient. For best colour consistency, purchase sufficient tinted paint for each job at one time from the same source.
- Instructions for Storage - Store paint in dry conditions and protect from extreme temperatures.

Good white paint
I like Dulux paints a lot and this white it’s good quality paint too. I have painted my living room and it’s big difference between old and new white colour it’s dry fast and no bad smell for longer after few hours smell its gone

1 application needed
Its consistency is just right not too thick and not too runny. The coverage is great. The appearance is perfect with just 1 application needed. You can wash marks off it. It's pricey but in the end it's one application so you are saving time so overall it's a definite yes.

Amazing coverage
This paint was everything I expected it to be, coming from a reputable brand. The texture to the paint was smooth and coverage was excellent. Brilliant white did not disappoint, it made the ceiling look dazzling and notably had that just painted, fresh look! Just what you want when you’ve put the effort of painting in and a bonus it doesn’t smell the house out.

Quick drying!
The perfect paint to freshen up the living room making it look bright and fresh. I can’t believe how quick this dried considering this was applied in cold weather I was worried my toddler would be touching and getting paint everywhere but that wasn’t a worry due to how quick it dried! I would say this would be easy for a beginner to apply too!

Smooth application
I followed the simple instructions to apply the Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt which is a high-quality, professional paint with excellent coverage, with a smooth application, and a clean matt finish that hides minor imperfections. It’s durable for a matt emulsion, dries quickly, and gives a superior finish, though it costs more than standard paints, its worth the bit extra. It is odorless.

So fresh
Wow this paint is brilliant. It’s really freshened up my whole hall. I’m going to do the front door next. Such a nice bright white. Vinyl Matt, high quality finish. Very good coverage. It’s like a brand new hall again. Nice and bright when you walk in. Not a strong paint smell either. Perfect consistency. Going back for more.

Drys fast
I liked the bright white colour of this paint and how thick it was. It almost dried too fast though so you had to work fast for it not to become patchy.

Great coverage
This paint is so easy to apply as a nice thick consistency, had good coverage and a brilliant white finish. No strong odour which was nice and dies fast, after 2 coats it left a nice smooth clean white finish.

Brilliant white
We used the Matt white paint to paint my daughters ceilings. It was a bright smooth white and easy to apply. Dried within 24 hours which is great as we wanted her room done pretty quickly
