I am so pleased with ihis product. It makes stripping paper almost fun . Tips...don't heat outer layer to long (reccomend 5 sec) inner layer of paper (6-8 sec). The heating element needed to be broken in, first tank took a while to heat up after that it heats up fast and produces lots of steam. Don't over fill. Clean up wet paper quickly as it will sticlk to your floor like super glue if you let it dry for long (be warned) I filled with hot water from the sink tap ..I could have done with this a few years ago
