I brought this to help cover bad walls. It was easy to put up and has done the job quite well.

I bought this product to rectify a slightly bumpy wall! It was brilliant after using this I could have just painted the wall it left it that smooth! My only tip would be, use 2-3 metre lengths and stagger it like bricks. I had a large expanse of wall and attempted 4metre lengths. It was too heavy once pasted and it was very difficult to do any cutting in!

Suitable for uneven walls

I purchased this heavy grade lining paper to cover some uneven plaster. It did the job and gave a really good finish. However it did take a massive amount of wall paper paste to get it to stick. I applied this to the paper only at first and there was little or no "slip" to adjust each piece. I finally applied the paste to the wall also. The heavy thickness of the paper really does soak up the paste.

Have just finished papering a bedroom. This paper has done a great job of concealing all the nicks and scrapes in the old plaster. I now have perfectly flat walls. However I would recommend filling any pits that are too deep of course. The 1700 grade means that this paper is quite stiff and I found that a stronger mix of paste (A mix for embossed paper works a treat) helps otherwise the edges will curl away slightly from the wall. Also crease the paper first if going round corners. Yes the paper does stretch fractionally when wet but nothing too much and I didn't find any variation in quality across the different rolls. Recommended.
