Farrow & Ball Estate Emulsion paint is a classic choice for interior walls and ceilings – this tin covers up to 35m² per 2.5 litres on average. Pointing is a pale yet warm white from the Farrow & Ball Red Based Neutrals group, named after the mortar used in traditional brickwork. It makes a sympathetic addition to any scheme that uses strong, traditional colours, where a bright white might feel too high-contrast.
- Suitable for use on Wall & ceilings
- Surface Preparation - All surfaces to be painted must be sound, clean, dry and well prepared. The recommended Farrow & Ball Primer & Undercoat should be used before the topcoat is applied.
- Instructions for Use - Stir contents well before use & apply 2 topcoats.
- Instructions for Storage - Protect from frost & extreme temperatures. Best used within 6 months of purchase.

Great F&B Paint
I’m a fan of high quality paints. They really do seem to give a better finish and better coverage and opacity than cheaper paints. We used to use Fired Earth until they went into administration. The only slight downside I find with F&B paint is that it’s quite a ‘dry’ paint to apply, so adding a little water really does help with the application. Great colour though which really does change with the ambient light.

Wouldn’t use any other paint
I’ve been using Farrow & Ball paint for years now. Gorgeous colours. Two coats and you get a real depth of colour. I really love the Matt finish too. It goes on beautifully with no drips so there’s no mess. I wouldn’t use any other paint. Yes it’s pricey but you get what you pay for.

Great quality, colour, finish and consistency -
This is an outstanding paint both in terms of its colour and finish. The consistency of coverage is so superior that it out-performs most other paints allowing the job to be finished to a high standard whilst using a smaller quantity of tins than lower priced paints. Cheaper alternatives often require more tins and several coats applied to the same area, meaning that using better quality, more expensive paints like Farrow & Ball can sometimes work out more economical and considerably more time-saving. Highly recommended.

Always use Farrow & Ball paint, great product, great colours. Yes slightly pricey but you pay if you want quality.
