Delightfully deep and complex green.
Delightfully deep and complex green colour. After sampling nearly all the current Farrow and Ball green palette and not finding the right balance between deep, bright and sophisticated green to paint all four walls of my small-ish study. I decided to take the plunge and purchase the Minster Green. No regrets, it has an aged and convincingly “antique” tone without appearing kitsche. It has more yellow and a little more red than Beverley, making brighter. It has less yellow than Bancha, making the colour less saturated and more soothing for the eyes. Overall it’s created a delightfully cosy environment both day and night. Couldn’t be happier! A small note. Despite using Farrow & Balls paint calculator, I still ran out of primer and paint and needed to repurchase which stalled my project halfway! This is something I’ll take into consideration next time I make a purchase.
