Plumber refused to install due to poor quality
When my old mixer tap broke, I bought this product because the design was exactly what I wanted - sleek, elegant and a mixer tap. The colour was perfect. However, my plumber refused to install this as he said the tap was broken and couldn’t be threaded correctly, and the general quality was bad. The tap was brand new out of the box and so arrived broken. It’s a very lightweight tap which I was told is apparently an indicator of poor quality.
