Gas fire
We bought this 4 years ago,it throws plenty of heat out but no matter how much you clean it it goes rusty and the coals break down and cut the gas off.two lots of coals in 4 years

Rust problem
Bought new, as fitter was fitting it he said it had a rust mark, too late to return as had waited 3 weeks for fitting. Less than 2 years on and it’s covered in rust. Not good at all

Stunning fire
Bought after my last fire had finally given up. After searching through fires that would fit I came upon this one & couldn't believe the small price. Took a chance with it & so pleased I did as it looks stunning. Took the gas engineer about an hour & half to take the old one out & fit the new one & he said he fits a lot of this particular fire. I have a very large room with high ceilings & after only being on for 10 minutes it had heated it up. Looks a lot more expensive than it is. One happy customer

Good value
Very happy with this fire we were looking for one that would look right in our 1930s house but wouldn't break the bank. Throws out lots of heat for our size room and looks great.the only minus is the little grate at the bottom is a little awkward to put on but overall very pleased

Looks good
We were after a reasonably priced fire to suit our 1930s house so we bought this one. Been very pleased with the quality for the price and looks good

Focal point - Arch Manual- Control Inset Gas Fire
The fire purchased is really good value for money, it kicks out a fair bit of heat.
