This product is great

Great fire ,2 heat settings heats up the room in 5 mins

Excellent pricy and price

Recently replaced the fire which was in the house we’ve just moved into. After being quoted £590+ at a local shop we were delighted with your price. It is identical to the one left in the house that didn’t work.

Blenheim electric fire

Read the instructions, it is an easy fire to use, instant heat on setting IC, it's got a thermostat on this setting, nice flame effect, which can be altered on the remote, as well. We love it!!

It does its job.

I've had this fire for three years now. It works fine. I'm not impressed with the look of it. The bottom grating now on has tarnished, but it doesn't fit well. It falls apart which is really annoying.

Stopped working

The fire looked quite good when fitted but was very noisy even with just the flames. There was a sort of constant knocking noise which we could hear over the TV. After 2 weeks it packed up altogether. Returned for a refund and went back to a Dimplex.

Not a good experience

I’m a gas engineer and ordered 3 of these every time 1 arrived was damaged I gave up in the end , obviously quality control issues need seriously addressing , I lost 2 days work because I had booked the customer in twice to take gas fire out and put electric fire in so as you could appreciate I’m not happy , not I do not rate this fire at all

simple instruction

Purchased to replace an existing fire. Simple double sided tape fixing. More features than old one.

Beware of LED display

Just had this delivered so can't comment on overall quality but wanted to make people aware that when this fire is on it has LED display in top left corner showing temperature, brightness levels etc. This is not in the picture on the B&Q website and wouldn't have bought if it had been so am v annoyed. Looked in manual but can't see any way to turn display off. So much for looking like real fire!

Perfect

Sits perfectly in the fire place, looks warm Without it actually being on. Love it. Easy to work and set up to a nice temperature.

Nice but....

Smart and reasonably quiet elector fire. Only problem is that it inaccurately gauges the room temperature and therefore cuts off in the 2000watt mode after ten minutes or so.... It is about 5C out on room temperature, OK in 1000watt, but not great at warming the room. Will see how it performs in the colder months. Supposedly a 3 year guarantee, which I may have to call in if the thermostat remains dodgy
