Focal Point. Fire Place
Disappointed with the quality of the surround especially- the engineer who installed it cut himself on the sharp edges. The base was broken and we reordered a replacement which was also damaged. Gave up.

very pleased with purchase of fire
i have only just had this fire fitted in not really had cold weather to use it yet but it looks nice and is easy to use only lit it once just to test it seemed ok

Efficient and stylish
I bought this fire in September but have only now been able to have it fitted. It seems efficient and does give off a lot of heat. It looks good and is far beter than our "vintage" 42 year old fire! I asked the fitter what he thought of the fire and he said "It would do the job". He did point out that I really should have gone for a fire with a slider as the controls for this one are underneath the fire and as an arthritic 74 year old I think I might soon have problems with that. I only wish he had told me that when I showed him the fire before he fitted it. I do find that the pilot light is quite high and the fire is a bit noisey but it is early days yet.

Looks great
Since installation it has been wonderful so far have only needed to use low setting and heats up our 15m 14m room very quickly and our jack Russell now has a new place to lay

Now i have the fire fitted its loverly, hope its as efficient as it says it is, only gripe is the modifications to my chimney etc as not enough info on the B n Q site, as regards fire surround etc
