Purchase of a gas fire
This was so easy to do. Useful information about the fire and quick and easy to buy and arrange delivery. Delivery was on time and they even put it in the house for me as I couldn't lift it. Overall excellent service

Dreadful product.Cheap and flimsy.
I bought this by mistake as Valour do a Blenheim gas fire. It was dreadful.Returned it.Great returns service at B&Q

Great heat output!
I bought this fire for our new fireplace in March and it really looks the part on the black hearth. The heat output is great - even on the lower setting and it has a lovely cosy glow. It may get upgraded to the remote control version at a later date but it's great for now.

Looks great!
We needed to change our gas fire, and the overall look of this fire appealed as it looked like a real open fireplace - and we are not disappointed. There are also two levels so if you just want to take the chill off the room then the lower flame works perfectly, and utilises less gas - always a bonus. When this was fitted we realised that the two brass decorative pieces were missing from the front grill, but one simple phone call to customer services and they were posted out immediately - our fire is now complete and we are extremely happy with it. One thing I should point out is that there is no backing to the front grill, so you can see the internal mechanics slightly, which may put some people off.

Good Value
Decent quality fire for the money, Looks good in situ and gives out a decent amount of heat. Not sure how long the ignition mechanism will last as this appears particularly flimsy.

Not just an ornament!
I bought this as a replacement for a similar fire and with a move in mind wasn't too keen on spending a great deal. This fire is very inexpensive and shallow however it certainly is a good heater and for the money it doesn't look that bad either. Overall I am very happy, good value for money!
