very good product
Although I have never owned this exact fire I have five of this type and make of fire in my house and my holiday home both in the lounge and conservatory's. over the last 10 years they have been no problems apart from they take a little lighting sometimes, very cheap to run and give off plenty of heat providing you use them in conjunction with central heating on very cold days.
