Poor quality of finish

The lights in B&Q did not show up this "scuff" marks, but a re-visit and a closer look shows them on the demo model. This is the picture of the 3rd front of the fire that Focalpoint have sent to use and they are all as bad as each other under our normal room lighting.
An email from Focalpoint says
"You can choose a different frame perhaps? - it seems that all of our polished frames have these ‘scuff’ marks and it is the way they are finished"

Good looking fire

I bought this fire last month.
A local engineer fitted it and we are very pleased with how it looks and the heat it throws out.
It glows a warm orange red even on a low setting and warms the room up quicker than the 12 yr old fire it replaced.
