Worth the extra money
Bit more expensive than other models but I would say worth it. Heats the room well and is pretty quiet. Remote control and programmable settings are great too.

Lovely Electric LED Fire
I purchased this fire to replace one that just stopped working.It looks lovely in my fireplace.The chrome effect makes it look very contemporary and stylish.The heat from 1kw is ample for my lounge and so far have not needed to increase to 2kw

Happy but it has started beeping and stops working
We have had an issue the fire stops working all the function lights come on and it beeps constantly until I switch it off. It won’t switch back on for a few minutes. But rather keeps beeping until I switch off. Is it high winds causing this ? Only had it a few days and it’s done it a few times?

Very noisy
Very noisy on 2kw mode. Also had to adjust the rotating element that produces the light. It was noisy too.

Very good
Had this product for about 3 months now and its been brilliant, can have it on fire display mode only for ambience or turn on the heat on medium or high, both warm up the room pretty quickly, easy to use and looks neat, only issue is the chrome panels on the front, they dont make it easy to hold and if a kid pulls or pushes it comes off, but other than that its been no issue

Better Than Expected
We had been looking for a feature fire for a while. Been to the "fire design" type shops all very expensive for what we wanted. A simple nice looking fire chrome edge with a flame effect. Most of the ones that met our requirements were £500 + Seen this one on B&Q it looked on the photo similar to the more expensive models ordered expecting to have to return it as it was less than half the price of others. This turned out to be exactly what we wanted very nice looking flame effect as good as the expensive models. Very Happy

Very classy
A very nice fire. The flame effect is very realistic, we are so pleased with it. So easy to fit and the options given in respect to the fitting were really helpful. The heater is effective in a short space of time, very nice. Our only criticism would be that the coal effect is too low down, you cannot see it when sat down, but not a problem. We really like this fire, and at a very realistic price. Thanks Focal Point.

Very pleased
This is a replacement of a fire which did have more lights and a remote but to be fair this does just the job at half the price. Easy to fit, I took off two of the spacing brackets to make it flush to the fire surround. The fake flame is realistic without being too bright. Only used the heat once, it warmed the lounge in a short time. I would buy again.
