Easy to use
Had the fire for about a month and have found it easy to use and gives more than ample heat.Grate product. I know it's spelt wrong but it is fitting!

Spare parts trauma
Whilst fitting the fire the ceramic back plate snapped (it is really flimsy). I tried contacting the maunfacturer - but they don't sell the back plate in the size needed. Basically a nice looking fire and belts a lot of heat out...but if the cermics break you're stuffed. (and they have to be removed once a year when it is serviced, so a real risk of this happening sooner or later)

Cosy and stylish
Chose this fire to fit in our dining room. We don't use it every day, however it's a lovely cosy fire to sit in front of. Just like a real fire without the hassle of cleaning it out.

Great fIre but be aware
I bought this fire and it was fitted on 1st October by a registered gas filter. the first few weeks it was great, looks lovely and great heat but then almost overnight a large flame appeared at the back of the fire and there was a huge amount of soot produced. EVerything was black with soot. I was concerned and called british gas to check it. Turns out there was a screw not fitted properly and there was a small gas leak this caused the problems. The engineer had to strip the fire completely to fix it. So please be aware if you have any of these problems. I will be contacting the manufacturer as this was a factory fault. It's working great again and I'm very happy with it.
