Dissapointed
The actual gas components are very good, however the surround is really flimsy and held on with magnets! One of the horizontal front bars was damaged when unpacked and I am now trying to get it replaced. Also, the slide switch to turn the fire on and off and regulate it is very poor.

Great fire
I bought this about 18 months ago. It is a great fire,it puts out great heat and warms my living room up quickly. It also looks very modern. It has high efficiency heat output which means the majority is put out into the room not wasted up the chimney. It has a glass front,two heat settings both which get very hot to the touch so buy a fire guard if you have children or pets. The slider also gets hot so be careful when turning off. I had the basic model in a previous home but with the pebbles. It was not as good at putting out heat and the pebbles do get black with use but it is easy to get replacement pebbles.
