Brilliant
Bought this fire easy to fit and use. The led display goes off after a few secs so you don't see it unless pressing a button. If nice and quiet

Inset fire
I bought this as my old gas fire was no longer usable. New fire looks smart when fitted. Also came with 3 year warranty if needed. The flame effect could of been more redder though

Disappointed
Product came on time, next day in fact but I find the fire display unrealistic. When the heater blower is on it is noisy to the point of being irritating. Would not recommend.

Description misleading
Delivery was later than promised. The fire is ok but the digital read out which is visible all the time that the fire is on is very noticeable and makes the LED screen look cheap and fake. That said if that wasn’t so annoying the actual screen would be good. Can’t return as I’ve fitted it. Can’t find anywhere that tells you about this readout. Feel let down but I’ll live with it.
