This product is great.
I bought this last month and I love it. I'm very pleased with it. Some reviews said it was noisy but I haven't found that.

Focal point lycia 2kw fire
Brilliant little fire. Easy to install and heats the room quickly. Added bonus is that my nan can operate it using the remote from the sofa so she doesn't have to lean over the hearth.

Stylish and easy to fit
We found this fire very easy to fit and can be adjust Ed to one or two spacers - 2 retired women did it in half an hour! Love the look of it and the amount of heat is great. Chris at the Meir branch was great at explaining the options of all the fires and we're truly happy with our choice. You can dim the flames and also set timers for various days/times. Lovely simple fire with a good few options - just what we were looking for!

Noisy
I bought this fire 2 days ago. Have to return it as there is a rhythmic tapping noise when I have only the flame effect operating. Can hear it even over the TV. So annoying it has to go. Shame really as I love the appearance & otherwise it's perfect.

Brilliant
I bought this lovely fire today bit of a faff to get the spaces off but fits perfect and flush. I take some pleasing and can tell you. Either i have a different fire to some of you as mine is silent. Love the remote and led screen the flames look great.
