Love the design
We love the design, the installation options which are included in the package whether to hang it on the wall or stand it on the floor. A greater addition to the lounge.

Very stylish, convincing flame effect focal-point.
This is an excellent 'focal-point' fire, though I don't use the blow-heater. It very neatly fills a fairly wide gap in the hearth and surround where an old [unsafe] gas fire had to be removed, and provides the most 'convincing' flame effect that I've seen, behind a very stylish, gently curved smoked glass front. Unfortunately, this is a re-bought, identical replacement for the original - which developed, like others have found, an annoying motor noise [somewhere in the flame-effect 'generator', I presume] and when just out of guarantee, too! But the cost was worth it to have the same, otherwise excellent flame effect back in my lounge.

Excellent focal feature
Bought to replace the old style stand alone log burner effect thing. This is amazing. Wall mount included. Easy to attach to wall. Comes with a log fuel bed that is easy to change for the supplied pebble or glass beads. Surround glow is most appealing. Variety of colours to set it to. On orange with the logs and orange surround it is lovely. Heat output more than sufficient. Will be mostly used for the flame effect. Even the dog lay in front of it! Time will tell regarding longevity but as for now very happy with the purchase.

Electric fire
Easy to mount and nice back lighting effect when in use. I liked the design an dimensions to fit the space required and the wattage was enough for the heating I needed
