Good service from B&Q
My order arrived very speedily without any problems. Good service from B&Q. The fire works well and is fine. The only reservation I have is that the effect that the fire gives when is working is not very natural. The coals are a fairy regimented shape and, when positioned, the overall look is not as good as the fire I had previously. I did not view the fire in store, I bought it online. I would recommend that viewing in store might be a good idea before purchasing.

Does what is says on the tin!
This is a fairly simple, straightforward fire, easy to install, looks great, and gives off an amazing amount of heat for its size. Unfortunately when it arrived the front piece was cracked, but I rang the manufacturer and they put a replacement part in the post, and it was with us next day! Excellent value for money AND it's got a three year guarantee - what more could you ask?

Good value for money
This was bought to replace a similar one that was condemned after a flood. It works well and produces quite a bit of heat. My model has a completely blue flame - not like the realistic yellow flames shown in the picture. I believe the blue flame is more efficient, but I'd prefer the air mix to be adjustable.

Good value inset
The gas inset bought to replace a broken one. It works well and cheaper to buy new than to fix the old one. Only reason not 5 stars is that is does not look as real a fire as the old one which had higher flames. This one looks like a gas fire. Not sure if you get a more real fire look if you pay more. But at the price it is adequate.
