Two damaged deliveries

Ordered this three weeks ago. First one came and corner of mantel was damaged. Arranged for it to be picked up and a new one delivered. Second one delivered and the exact same problem. Have phoned today to arrange pick up and requesting refund. Very inconvenient and have an unfinished room. The box on arrival is not damaged so it is not the delivery drivers. It seems that it may be damaged at the suppliers.
I would not recommend at all. Have rated one star as minimum can give but choice would be zero. Poor quality and poor service.

This fire surround has now been fitted and I am delighted with it. My builder who fitted it, and I, were most impressed with the quality. It is solid and well made and extremely good value for money.
