Nice looking handrail
Easy to follow instructions for installing and as expected looks great.

Unsuitable Bannister unfit for purpose
This bannister was in three sections and the joining to each piece was only held by a joining sleeve but not adequate for any weight when in use. Trying to return to a B&Q store but seller not replying on the email address provided.

Delighted
I personally didn't fit it. It does need 2 people to set up.

Wish we'd bought one years ago!
My husband and son installed this sturdy hand rail in a couple of hours and it's been amazing. What a difference it's made to our confidence and safety in going up and down the stairs. We chose the antique brass finish as thought that would be easier to wipe clean, than having white or pine. Wish we'd bought one years ago!

Nice product
Lovely handrail. Complete with end caps and brackets, raw plugs (which my handyman said were the best of the best!). Fantastic delivery service, ordered one day, here the next
