I bought my 2nd and 5th unit and this time the extra "ADD ON" clear drawers, assmebly is fairly easy when building the 2 samples shown (full tall or side by side) typical man I don't read instructions and just crack on, it should be noted that the order should be to choose what height you want eh shelves put clips on posts, then install post INTO shelf, when putting more than 1 shelf on a single pole don't have the shelf loosely in place, put clips on then try to lower the shelf onto the clips, very difficult to do, assemble upside down, put the posts into the first shelf, put on the clips for the second shelf and then lower the posts onto your second shelf getting each clip to start in the hole before pushing any tight, margin for alignment is very very tight to get the clip to seat properly and not just end up pushing the clip off, flip the whole assembly over and just tap the corners into place (the more evenly you do this the better ie several times round over trying to fully seat one corner than do the others) once assembled the unit is very sturdy on a hardwood floor they don't tip at all so not using braces, not sure how well the levelling feet are as not needed so all fully screwed in, don't look like they would offer very much adjustment though maybe 1 1/4" at a push and given the size (number of turns to fully extend) of the thread not sure how well they would stand up to a full load of 400kg if fully extended or how much loading and unloading might cause the adjuster to close back up, there are 2 areas I would criticize thought 1. is the spares (you have the option to fully sink the bottom poles into the feet with the optional spacers, extra caps and full set of feet if building a single tall unit, but there are only 4 sets of shelf clips included (second basic component after the spacers) which means you have no choice but to install the bottom shelf on the floor for at least one of the shelves, the design allows you to effectively place the shelves anywhere on the poles (major plus over other designs) you could in reality fit all 5 shelves on just 2 sets of poles and make a very compact unit (I've created mine on 2 + 3 sets as not needing the height) but ideally I would have put the spare set of poles on the bottom so I could lift the unit and store my 40L boxes on the floor below the bottom shelf as I managed to do for one of my 3 units wasting 2 shelves that could have been higher up, point 2. is the optional extra drawers and the pieces for creating this, this sort of belongs on both this review and a review for the drawers, the runners you need to install have (or should have) pre drilled holes to attach them to, it appears or at least in the one I installed that the middle hole is not drilled for the 2 edges, resulting in the screw needing to self tap and also resulting in it going in at an angle causing the runner to twist, still functional just not smoothly (it is arguable if I had installed the runners before building the shelf I might have avoided the issue, but your likely as I was to need to fill it to determine which shelves would benefit from the extra drawers, lastly is related to the user about handles, the handles pre-formed in the drawers work great on a tray that has sufficient weight in it, but light stuff or an empty tray and the pressure needed to obtain a grip to pull the shelf lifts the shelf against the bottom of the shelf which then just catches the tray when trying to pull it out, makes it a little fiddley easily sorted installing your own extra handles, drilling a hole etc, but in reality had the designer made the premoulded handle grip downwards instead of upward this would have negated this issue, (better design needed)
One very annoying issue.

Bought 3 of these to go under my work bench as drawers. Good idea but one extremely annoying feature is that they are very difficult to slide out as there is no decent handle to catch hold of.
