Buy a chainsaw from a reputable manufacturer

Unreliable, requires constant adjustment, cuts out regularly and comes supplied with a rubber chain that blunted the first day. You can buy better chains but the pull starter sheered off the casing after a while and it was very hard to source a replacement. I don’t use a chainsaw that much so I thought an economy model would be OK. WRONG! Overall I would recommend you spend more and buy a better machine.
Can never get it to start

Wouldn’t recommend! Bought for my dad as a birthday gift, Can never get it to start no matter what I do, the 3 times I have got it to start in the past year I’ve had it it last all of a few minutes, even had to buy spares but yet still nothing will make it fun properly
satisfactory

Not easy to start and keep going. Chain went blunt after not excessive use.
